Everything you need to know to set up the ZooPass app and use it at your zoo.
Install the app
ZooPass is free. App Store and Google Play links will appear here as soon as they're live.
Find your zoo
Open the app and search for your zoo by name. Each zoo has its own home on ZooPass — you'll see your zoo's name and colors once you pick it.
Create your account
Register with your name, email, and a password. Your digital pass is created automatically the moment you sign up.
Open your pass
Your membership card lives in the Pass tab, with a QR code and your membership status.

Entering the gate
Open the Pass tab and show the QR code to staff. They scan it, your pass is checked, and you're in. Screenshots of QR codes may not be accepted — open the app itself.
Finding your way
The Map tab shows the park with exhibits, food, restrooms, and attractions pinned. Filter by type to find what you're looking for.
News, hours & vendors
Check today's opening hours (including seasonal schedules), read zoo news, and browse food and gift vendors — all published directly by your zoo.
Spotted a problem?
Report it from the app: pick a category, add a description and a photo, and send. It goes straight to the zoo's maintenance queue. You can check the status of your reports any time.
Map
No — the app and your account are free. Membership pricing, if any, is set by your zoo.
Pass status is managed by your zoo. If you think your pass should be active, contact your zoo's membership desk — their contact details are in the app under your zoo's info.
Passes come in Individual, Family, Senior, and Child types. Which types your zoo offers is up to them — ask at the membership desk, and they can issue the right pass to your account.
Open the app once before you head to the gate — your pass loads and your QR code can be scanned at entry.
Use "Forgot password" on the app's login screen and follow the email instructions.
Your zoo can send news and updates as notifications. You can turn these on or off per type in your profile's notification preferences.
